JURY TO BE CALLED IN TERRY BARTON SENTENCING - (AP) CRIPPLE CREEK, Colo. A Teller County judge ruled Tuesday that a jury should decide whether "aggravated circumstances" justify an extended sentence for a former forestry worker who started the worst wildfire in Colorado history. SHERIFF ANNOUNCES PROMOTIONS, REORGANIZATION - Wegener Elected President of CSOC - The Park County Sheriff's Office is continuing the reorganization of the department's command structure that began in late 2005.
