Post Missouri Stops Obamacare Mandate
Certain provisions of Obamacare were rejected by 70% of the voters in Missouri. They specifically voted for a law eliminating the requirement in Obamacare that people are required to buy health insurance and fined if they don't.

A U.S. judge also allowed a suit to go forward by the State of Virginia challenging whether the federal government has the power to force people to buy something in the private market. The feds say that they control it because it's commerce. But it isn't commerce until they force the purchase. This could be the new chicken and egg puzzle.

The judge said it was the most far-reaching move the federal government has ever made. It may be unconstitutional to force someone "in repose" to take an action to buy something or tax them for not taking any action. (The feds are arguing now that the fines are taxes. We knew that.)

This is such good news. I can finally sleep a little better knowing that it's going to be fought.

Why do Obama and the Democrats refuse to see what the real problem in health care, jobs, and all is? We are overrun trying to support whole foreign countries.

Across Texas, 60,000 born to noncitizen mothers due U.S. birthright - 11,000 at Parkland

Still, the debate could resonate in Texas, where not only 1.5 million illegal immigrants are estimated to reside but at least 60,000 babies are added to their households annually.
