Voters in the Bailey (80421) and Fairplay (80440) areas of Park County did not receive the State of Colorado's "Blue Book" for the 2004 general election. The booklet, also called the Ballot Book, contains information on state ballot issues which appear on the 2004 election ballot.

In addition to outlining the points of each ballot issue, the Ballot Book provides history and analysis relevant to the questions, including summaries of statements For and Against the measures. Many voters rely on the booklet to better understand the issues on which they will cast their votes.

Supplies of booklets have been received by the Park County Clerk and will be immediately distributed to the following locations in the county where voters may pick them up:
